Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Precinct Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Nation's residential portfolio within their precinct, ensuring best-in-class property management, operational performance, compliance, and resident outcomes. This role is based across our sites in St Peters & Ashbury.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• NSW Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or Class 2)

• Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience with a positive, people-first approach

• Proven experience in residential property management, leasing, or operational management

• Experience within Build-to-Rent, residential assets, hospitality, customer experience, or related industries will be highly regarded

• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience using property management platforms such as MRI, Property Tree, Inspection Manager, or similar systems

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and reporting platforms

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset

• Owning and leading day-to-day management operations across your precinct

• Supporting leasing performance, occupancy outcomes, lease renewals, and resident retention initiatives

• Leading and mentoring on-site teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence

• Building strong relationships with residents, contractors, building managers, and internal stakeholders

• Managing escalated resident, tenancy, and operational matters with professionalism and sound judgement

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and resident experiences

• Supporting the implementation of technology solutions and operational enhancements

• Ensuring compliance with legislative, governance, and WHS requirements across all operations
