Factory All-Rounders, Packers and Cleaners - Food Manufacturing

Pantry and Larder is a family owned food manufacturer producing premium baked goods and healthy snacks for cafes, retailers, airlines and distributors across Australia.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic people to join our production team. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment and are happy to help wherever needed, we would love to hear from you.

Your duties may include:

• Packing and labelling products
• Preparing and assembling customer orders
• Assisting with food production
• Loading and unloading baking trays
• Cleaning production equipment and work areas
• Washing trays, utensils and equipment
• Cleaning floors, walls and staff amenities
• General factory and warehouse duties
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

We are looking for people who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and able to work on their feet
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Have good attention to detail
• Happy to work across different areas of the factory
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Previous food manufacturing or commercial cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential. Full training will be provided.
