Due to continued growth, we're looking for motivated team members to join our Brisbane operations.

Depending on your skills, experience and business requirements, you may be suited to either our Warehouse or Delivery team. Both roles work closely together to ensure our customers receive the outstanding service Impact is known for.

·         Picking and packing customer orders

·         Receiving incoming stock

·         Stock replenishment

·         General warehouse duties

·         Heavy lifting

·         Working as part of a fast-paced team to achieve next-day delivery targets

·         Multi-drop deliveries throughout Brisbane Metro and surrounding areas

·         Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

·         Warehouse duties between delivery runs

·         Customer interaction and providing exceptional service

·         Vehicle transfers where required

Our delivery role is suited to applicants with experience in multi-drop courier-style deliveries rather than heavy rigid, crane or long-haul transport.

·         Reliable and punctual

·         Physically fit and happy with manual work

·         Positive, proactive and self-motivated

·         Able to work independently and within a team

·         Organised with excellent attention to detail

·         Strong communicators with good time management skills

·         For delivery applicants: current manual driver's licence essential

·         Delivery driving experience highly regarded

·         Forklift licence desirable but not essential – training provided for the right candidate

·         Delivery Team: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (some overtime may be required)

·         Warehouse Team: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (some overtime may be required)
