Our Specialist Directory supports patients to find medical specialist online, while supporting specialists and doctors to improve access to care and patient engagement.

As we continue to evolve our products and build a broader healthcare marketplace, we’re looking for a capable administrator to help maintain, support and continuously improve our directory platform. This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership and see the direct impact of your work on patients and healthcare providers.

The role

As our Directory Data & Verification Administrator, you’ll help ensure medical specialist and healthcare practitioner information is accurate, complete and easy to find.

Working three set days each week, including at least two days in our Bondi Junction office, you will:

• Make outbound calls to medical practices to verify practitioner information.
• Build positive relationships with receptionists and practice managers.
• Clearly explain HealthShare’s role in maintaining accurate healthcare information.
• Update practitioner records accurately across our CRM and internal systems.
• Investigate missing, inconsistent or unclear information.
• Use sound judgement and effective questioning to resolve data discrepancies.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc data extracts, queries and reports.
• Undertake Excel-based investigations and data-cleaning activities.
• Support operational projects, service set-ups and cross-functional business requests.
• Take ownership of your workload and consistently meet quality and productivity KPIs.
• Work closely with the onshore and offshore verification team.

This is a varied position combining phone-based verification, data administration, reporting and problem-solving. You’ll work with a moderate to high degree of autonomy while being supported by a collaborative team.

Experience in a medical practive or an administrative role is highly advantageous. Exposure to healthcare, medical terminology, data extraction, reporting, query writing or cross-functional project support would also be valuable.
