About the Role
As a Store Manager you will lead from the front as you drive store performance, coach your team, and create a positive, customer-first culture.

• Accountable for daily operations for performance and efficiency
• Drive for results in sales, wages, and shrinkage targets
• Report directly to the Regional Manager
• Lead stocktake processes and team development
• Champion a collaborative, customer-focused environment
• Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team

What You'll Bring:
You are a driven and hands-on store leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong focus on people, performance, and presentation, you lead by example and bring out the best in your team – always putting the customer first.

• Store leadership experience in retail or big box environment (30+ staff.)
• Proven ability to drive results through service and operations
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising standards
• Solid computer and system skills
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Full-time availability, including weekends
• Full Australian working rights
