What will you be doing?

You will support with providing data and insights consulting for a range of FMCG clients. Working closely with the wider team, you will help to improve efficiencies and drive growth through the use of analysis, insights, and actionable recommendations. This involves discussing business challenges and providing advice based on market trends, clients’ financial capabilities and other key organisational factors.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver Insight-Led Solutions

• Use Circana's proprietary platforms and tools to analyze market and consumer data and develop meaningful observations and recommendations.
• Support the creation of client-ready analyses, presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Support the translation of complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that help clients make informed business decisions.
• Assist with identifying growth opportunities and emerging market trends relevant to client objectives.

Champion Client Success

• Work to support the delivery of high-quality databases, reports, and insights to clients accurately and on time.
• Assist with responses to client questions relating to Circana data assets, methodologies, segmentations, and measures.
• Proactively support clients in maximizing the value of Circana solutions and services.
• Assist in resolving data integrity issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Build Strategic Relationships

• Develop productive relationships with client stakeholders through regular engagement and responsiveness.
• Understand client business challenges through questioning, active listening, and ongoing dialogue.
• Support senior team members in deepening client partnerships and identifying opportunities to expand engagement.

Utilise Sales Tools and Platforms

• Provide technical support to clients using Circana software and platforms, including setup, training, troubleshooting, and retrieval support.
• Maintain client activity records, opportunities, and engagement details within CRM systems.
• Leverage Circana's analytics and reporting tools to support client business reviews and solution delivery.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• Partner with Client Service, Analytics, and Consulting teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Share client feedback and market intelligence with internal stakeholders to help enhance products and services.

Drive Commercial Awareness

• Maintain awareness of client contractual commitments, deliverables, and service obligations.
• Support quote generation, proposal development, and billing-related processes.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to expand Circana's products and services within existing client accounts.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in insights, analytics, category management, consulting, market research, sales support, or a client-facing commercial environment
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualisation, analytics, or business intelligence platforms is advantageous
• Strong problem solving skills, with a curiosity to understand the ‘why’
