Role Responsibilities
The following outlines the key responsibilities and duties related to this position:
Responds to current industrial relations issues and priorities by providing strategic policy advice and information to the Minister and other stakeholders.
Undertakes high level research on state employment laws and develops information for clients.
Manages projects on significant industrial relations issues.
Prepares Western Australian Government submissions and assists in representation of the Government at State and national tribunals and forums.
