Role Responsibilities

The following outlines the key responsibilities and duties related to this position:

• Responds to current industrial relations issues and priorities by providing strategic policy advice and information to the Minister and other stakeholders.

• Undertakes high level research on state employment laws and develops information for clients.

• Manages projects on significant industrial relations issues.

• Prepares Western Australian Government submissions and assists in representation of the Government at State and national tribunals and forums.
