We're looking for an experienced Foreman / Site Manager who wants more than just another job. We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team for many years to come.

You'll be responsible for managing one or more residential renovation projects from commencement through to completion.

Working closely with the Builder, you'll lead our employees and subcontractors onsite, maintain high-quality workmanship, keep projects running safely and efficiently, and build strong relationships with our clients.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions while being supported by a company that genuinely values its people.

• Lead and supervise employees, apprentices and subcontractors.

• Maintain a safe, organised and professional worksite.

• Coordinate daily site activities and keep projects moving.

• Encourage teamwork, respect and a positive culture onsite.

• Deliver workmanship to a high standard.

• Review plans, specifications and scopes of work.

• Check critical measurements and construction details.

• Identify issues early and work with the Builder to find practical solutions.

• Carry out carpentry work where required.

• Coordinate trades, inspections and material deliveries.

• Monitor project programmes and proactively manage delays.

• Order and manage materials.

• Maintain accurate site records, diaries and project photos.

• Attend weekly client meetings.

• Keep clients informed throughout their project.

• Represent TRJ & Sons professionally at all times.

• Help create a renovation experience that clients genuinely enjoy.

• Ensure all WHS requirements are met.

• Maintain site security and cleanliness.

• Promote safe work practices for everyone onsite.
