Assistant Sales Manager

About the Role:

As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll be working closely with the Sales Manager to help lead and inspire a strong, customer-focused sales team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the management and training of staff
• Supporting staff to meet and exceed KPIs
• Assisting with staff rosters and shift coverage
• Completing daily banking and reporting
• Analysing sales and performance data to drive improvements
• Facilitating team meetings and staff training (including online modules)
• Helping manage store social media
• Supporting the planning and smooth execution of key seasonal periods (Easter & Christmas)

You’ll need to be available across weekdays and weekends, (Saturday availability is a must have requirement) with shifts ranging from early morning starts to evening finishes. Availability over Easter and Christmas is essential, as these are our busiest times of year.

• Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality management is highly regarded

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.50 – $29.00 per hour
