Salesperson - Business Equipment

About the role

PPC ID Solutions is seeking a Salesperson - Business Equipment to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in sales, specifically focusing on ID card printers and related card-production solutions. Based in Lane Cove, NSW, this role offers the chance to build meaningful client relationships whilst driving revenue growth for our organisation. You will be at the forefront of our business, representing our products and services to a diverse range of corporate clients and contributing directly to the company's success.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities within the business equipment sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and account management
• Present and demonstrate printer and software solutions to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their specific needs
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate terms and close sales whilst ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, proposals and transactions in the sales management system
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and support departments, to ensure seamless delivery and service
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and business equipment innovations to maintain competitive knowledge

Pay: $85,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year
