IB Property is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team.

This isn't just another Property Management role. As part of IB Group, you'll be joining an established and expanding property business with expertise across commercial real estate, property management, strata, building management, residential property and insurance.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business, take ownership of their portfolio and build a long-term career in property.

The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of your portfolio while working alongside an experienced and supportive property team.

Your role will include:

• Managing and building relationships with owners and tenants

• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractors

• Conducting property inspections

• Managing lease renewals and tenancy matters

• Monitoring arrears and rental payments

• Managing property outgoings

• Resolving issues quickly and professionally

• Working alongside the wider IB Group team

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' Property Management experience

• NSW Certificate of Registration / Real Estate Licence

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organisation and attention to detail

• Confidence managing multiple priorities

• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

• Current driver's licence

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Super, depending on experience + KPI bonus
