Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused sales professional who is equally comfortable building customer relationships and processing orders quickly and accurately using a range of systems.

About the Role

Are you a customer-focused problem solver who loves building relationships and helping people find the right solution?

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and helping customers create packaging solutions they'll be genuinely excited about.

Success in this role comes from asking the right questions, understanding customer needs, and confidently recommending solutions from our range of custom printed packaging products and services.

We pride ourselves on making custom printed packaging simple. We go the extra mile to ensure every customer receives the right outcome and a product they'll love. You'll be joining a supportive, fun team with great customers, great products, and a culture that values doing great work during business hours, without the expectation of overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to a high volume of customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, creating opportunities and recommending suitable packaging solutions to grow sales
• Prepare accurate quotes and manage the order process from enquiry through to completion drawing on your excellent product knowledge
• Identify opportunities to add value by recommending alternative packaging options, print methods, lead times, and complementary products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
• Support the growth of our resellers by developing and implementing strategies that suit their business and make it easy for reseller sales teams to access, understand, and sell our products.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, energetic, proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to identify customer needs and present effective solutions.
• Is highly computer savvy, learns systems quickly and can process orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being busy
• Has strong experience in sales and customer service
