Increw Group Solutions is seeking expressions of interest from experienced underground mining personnel for upcoming opportunities across mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin and Central Queensland.

• Underground Deputies
• Continuous Miner Operators
• Shuttle Car / Loader Operators
• Secondary Support Operators
• Mechanical Fitters
• Underground Electricians
• Conveyor Installation & Maintenance Personnel
• Underground Infrastructure Personnel

We are particularly interested in people with proven experience in:

• Underground bord-and-pillar coal mining
• Continuous miner operations
• Shuttle car and loader operations
• Roof bolting and secondary support
• Conveyor installation, extensions and maintenance
• Underground services and infrastructure
• Ventilation
• Underground electrical systems
• Underground mechanical maintenance
• Hydraulic systems and fluid power
• Underground mine development
• Deputies and production supervision 

Essential Requirements

 Minimum 12 months' underground coal mining experience

• Current Standard 11
• Current underground coal competencies relevant to the role
• Current QLD Coal Board Medical
• Current Australian working rights
• Strong safety focus and commitment to site standards
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production-focused underground team 

Applicants for Mechanical Fitter positions should hold:

• Queensland Mechanical Trade Certificate
• Experience with underground mining equipment, conveyors, hydraulics and associated infrastructure
• Current relevant coal mining competencies

Applicants for Underground Electrician positions should hold:

• Queensland Electrical Trade Certificate
• Current LVR/CPR
• Current relevant underground coal competencies
• Experience with underground mining equipment, electrical infrastructure and mine services
