Client Services Co-ordinator

About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Client service assistant to join our team in Gungahlin in a small but fast paced business. Working to support a team of behavioural therapists in the Canberra NSW area. This role is 3 days per week.

Your Duties

· Monitoring appointments for therapists

· Booking and rescheduling appointments with families and care staff as required

· Updating information as required electronically

· Transferring data as required for accounts

· Updating compliance records as required

· Other additional administration duties as required

Role requirements

· NDIS experience 12 months

· Previous experience in organising appointments

· Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

· Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and organisational skills

· Ability to use excel spreadsheets

Pay: $32.00 – $34.50 per hour
