In this role, you’ll speak with warm, inbound leads — individuals who have reached out to us for help with their superannuation, insurances, and broader financial situation. Your role is to create a strong first impression, build rapport, and uncover what matters most to each client.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first step in a powerful journey — helping clients gain clarity on their current situation, their desired future, and how our team can support them in achieving their financial goals.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for new clients, creating an exceptional first impression

• Have meaningful conversations to understand clients’ current financial situation, aspirations, and concerns

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and valued

• Collaborate closely with our financial planners to deliver a seamless and comprehensive service

• Solve problems proactively, addressing client questions and ensuring their journey with us is positive from day one

• Comfortable owning outcomes and being accountable for results

• Experience in sales, finance, or a strong client-facing environment

• Naturally curious and empathetic — you ask great questions
