Shree Radhika Pty Ltd Shree Radhika Pty Ltd T/as Bellavita Pizzeria, located at Allenby Gardens in South Australia are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team on a full-time basis and assist in delivering high-quality Italian dining experiences.   Employment Conditions

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

  Benefits Salary: AUD $75,000 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation (commensurate with skills and experience).   Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian dishes including pizzas, pasta, seafood, meat and daily specials.
• Develop and update menus in consultation with management, incorporating seasonal produce and customer preferences.
• Prepare and cook food to consistently high quality and presentation standards.
• Monitor food preparation, portion control and minimise wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS regulations.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff where required.
• Manage stock levels, order food supplies and inspect deliveries for quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen work areas and equipment.
• Assist in menu costing and maintaining food cost targets.

  Qualification & experience Essential Requirements

• AQF Certificate IV or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery (or overseas equivalent)
• At least three years of relevant full-time Chef experience.
• Demonstrated experience preparing Italian cuisine in a commercial kitchen.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
