The Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate (5 years’) to join our Sydney CBD Property team, working alongside a reputable Partner and his team. In this role, you will act for a diverse range of clients and play a key role in supporting transactions.
Key responsibilities will include:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leasing agreements
Sales and acquisitions of commercial assets
Conducting due diligence and transaction management
General commercial property advisory work
Successful candidates will have:
5 years' experience from a highly regarded property practice
Experience in commercial leasing
Experience with high value property sales and acquisitions and acting for sophisticated clients
Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
A commercially minded approach and strong attention to detail
Review contracts
Manage lease assignments
Mentor Junior members of staff
