About the role
As the Member Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the ECA WA Membership team by handling administrative tasks related to membership acquisition, retention, renewal, and cancellations. You’ll be the first point of contact for member enquiries, assist with maintaining member records in our CRM platform, and help enhance member experience and engagement.
What you’ll do
Membership administration – Process applications, renewals, and cancellations and verify membership status for the provision of member-only services and offers.
Customer service – Provide excellent service via phone, email, and in-person enquiries, ensuring members receive timely and professional support.
CRM maintenance – Maintain accurate membership records, update contact details, and generate reports as needed.
Engagement and promotions – Support marketing and membership campaigns, contact members about events and services, and assist with the production of promotional materials.
About you
Customer-focused – You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships.
Detail-oriented – You are organised and thrive in an administrative role.
Tech-savvy – You have experience with Microsoft Office, and CRM knowledge is a bonus!
Team player – You work well within a team and are proactive in supporting business goals.
What you’ll need
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or admin support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in a membership-based organisation or education provider
CRM or membership management system experience
Knowledge of the WA electrical industry
