As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate health professional to join our team as a First Aid Trainer.

If you're a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse, Paramedic, Allied Health Professional or have another healthcare background, this could be an exciting new career direction. No previous first aid training experience is required - we'll provide all the training, mentoring and support you need.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll deliver engaging, hands-on training at client workplaces across Melbourne, including:

• CPR

• Provide First Aid

• Advanced First Aid

• Childcare First Aid

• Other nationally recognised first aid courses

You'll also:

• Deliver practical, interactive training using real-world scenarios

• Assess participants and issue competency outcomes

• Provide coaching and constructive feedback

• Ensure training complies with current guidelines and RTO requirements

• Maintain training equipment and resources

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a healthcare or health-related profession

• Enjoys helping others learn and develop confidence

• Is an engaging communicator who can present to groups

• Can adapt their teaching style to suit different learners

• Is passionate about improving workplace health and safety

• Holds a current driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle

Qualifications

The following are desirable but not essential - we can help you obtain them:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

• Experience delivering HLTAID009–HLTAID012 training

• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications

• National Police Check

• Working with Children Check

Full Training & Support

We understand that becoming a great trainer takes time.

You'll initially shadow one of our experienced trainers while continuing your current healthcare role if you wish. As your confidence grows, you'll gradually begin delivering your own training sessions with ongoing mentoring and support.

Location

Most of our clients are located throughout Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs and CBD, with occasional regional travel. Training is delivered on-site at client workplaces.
