Accounts / Administration Assistant

As Dynamic Refrigeration Solutions and Dynamic Catering Solutions continue with our exciting period of growth, our team must grow to support this. As a result, we are looking for a Accounts / Administration Assistant to lead, grow and nurture this area of our business. 

We are looking for someone with experience from similar administration and finance roles, who loves a fast-paced environment, able to adapt quickly, manage priorities and meet deadlines This is a full time role, but part time would also be considered.

What you’ll do:

• Carry out all facets of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Manage purchase order to suppliers and subcontractors

• Manage debt collection and client accounts

• Generating customer invoices

• Assist our team with administration tasks as required.

•  Provide exceptional customer service to our clients 

• Provide administrative support and follow the processes that allow us to conduct work on behalf of our clients

• Carry out all facets of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Data entry and report generation

• Plus additional tasks based on skills and experience

What we are looking for:

• An experienced candidate with 2+ year experience in a similar role

• Someone with exceptional attention to detail  

• A team member with the ability to think Strategically, beyond just the day to day tasks. DRS and DCS are growing, and we need you to help us navigate our way through different complexities as we continue to scale. 

• Someone with a passion for efficiency, process improvements, and finding a path to clarity and execution. 

• A candidate willing to work with the team. We believe together is better. You will love nothing more than to collaborate and build trusted relationships with the team ensuring everyone is empowered to do the best work
