Requirements

• Current real estate licence/certification (essential)

• Proven sales capability and strong negotiation/communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect, list and sell residential property, managing the sales process end-to-end

• Build and nurture relationships with vendors and buyers to generate repeat and referral business

• Conduct appraisals, presentations, open homes and private inspections

• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best outcomes for clients

• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and performance targets using our systems

• Work closely with the in-house support team to ensure a smooth, professional client experience
