Pharmacist

Job description:

We are seeking a Pharmacist for Priceline Pharmacy Hervey Bay Fraser Shores on a full time basis.

The Role:

• Position: Pharmacist
• Location: Hervey Bay
• Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time

This position requires:

• Current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA (no conditions)
• Experience using FRED Dispensary software
• Good working knowledge of the PBS system
• Ability to (or willingness to get certification) Administer vaccinations
• You love working in a team, and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care
• You are engaged, flexible, responsive – and you like working with others just like you

The successful applicant will have responsibilities for (but not limited to):

• Dispensing and preparing medication requests
• Educating staff and counselling patients on best use of medications
• Participating in professional services and health promotion campaigns such as Diabetes and Pain, MedsChecks and Vaccination services etc
• Inventory management and processing of orders.
