The Country Chef Bakery Co. is seeking a Production Mixer to join our team at our facility in Bells Creek on the Sunshine Coast.

About the role
The Production Mixer supports the business by being responsible for the accurate creation of baked goods batches as per batch documentation, ensuring continuous, consistent and quality products are created in line with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and HACCP quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Measure, mix and prepare raw materials according to company specifics and recipes
Maintain a consistent and efficient pace of work to meet production targets, adapting quickly to changing priorities while ensuring quality is not compromised
Carry out pre-operation and Quality Control checks in line with Company standards
Complete hourly checks in line with Company processes, including assessing oiler levels and check de-panning of each product
Restock materials, equipment, cleaning products as well as carry out detailed cleaning duties in line with GMP
Identify and report all breaches of procedure and product concerns to the relevant Manager
Work in a safe and secure manner, using best practice occupational health and safety processes
Effectively assist in the on-the-job training of new employees
Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate and be clear and confident when communicating
Attend relevant training relating to OHS and Quality as well as Toolbox meetings daily prior to shift
About you
Experience as a Production Operator within the FMCG industry or similar
Demonstrated ability to cope with high volume workload and achieve set deadlines within a FMCG or commercial environment
Proven attention to detail
Process driven
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders to achieve an outcome
Highly motivated with a 'can do' attitude
