We’re transforming the way we partner with leaders and are looking for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner who thinks beyond traditional HR, builds trusted partnerships and helps leaders make better workforce decisions.
This is more than providing advice or administering processes. We’re looking for someone who is curious, commercially minded and solutions-focused with the ability to look beyond the symptoms to identify the causes of organisational issues.
You’ll build leadership capability, support better workforce decisions and contribute to meaningful organisational improvement – building capability, not creating dependence.
You’re an experienced People & Culture professional who understands how leadership, governance, organisational design and systems of work shape organisational performance.
