Operations Manager

Fairhaven Homes is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our pre-site workflow and help drive one of the most important outcomes in our business — getting our customers’ homes to site efficiently, accurately and on time.
Reporting to the General Manager – Sales & Marketing, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating workflow across key departments, improving processes, removing roadblocks and ensuring monthly site start targets are achieved.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for:Driving workflow from pre-admin through to site startCoordinating teams and departments to achieve monthly targetsManaging, developing and mentoring the Workflow TeamMonitoring drafting and estimating production and identifying potential delaysMaintaining accurate forecasting and workload allocationIdentifying potential roadblocks and implementing practical process improvementsEnsuring systems, documentation and processes are accurate and effectively utilisedWorking closely with senior leaders across the business to continually improve how we operate
About YouYou’re an organised, commercially minded leader who understands the residential building journey and knows how to keep people, processes and priorities moving. You’ll bring strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple departments while keeping sight of the bigger picture. Knowledge of residential building processes, relevant planning requirements and regulations will be highly regarded.
