About The Role

The Service Delivery Analyst provides frontline ICT support, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering a consistent and positive user experience.

Your main duties will include:

Call Handling & Real-time supportIncident & Request ResolutionMaintain good ticket Management & throughput practices

About You

Experience in ICT supportStrong customer service skillsAbility to manage workload and prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsHave access to a car and valid current drivers license
