Who We're Looking For:
Are you an experienced Project Officer with a strong track record in collaboration, governance, and the development of effective project management tools and processes? If you are skilled at supporting the successful delivery of key projects and are passionate about making a meaningful contribution, we'd love to hear from you.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
An elevated level of collaborative and facilitative skills with proven abilities to communicate, negotiate, investigate and consult at appropriate levels with staff, community, government and private sectors;
project management knowledge and experience managing a range of projects across MacDonnell Regional Council's communities;
a deep understanding of the cultural, social, and political landscape of remote Indigenous communities, with a demonstrated commitment to cultural respect and sensitivity to effectively engage with Indigenous communities and Local Authority groups; and
most importantly, we're looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
