Our client, a prestigious global investment bank with deep sector expertise, is expanding its Infrastructure & Renewables franchise and seeking a Vice President to help lead a strong pipeline of high-profile M&A and capital markets transactions.

This is a rare opportunity to shape landmark deals, work directly with top-tier corporate and financial sponsor clients, and play a strategic role in one of the most active teams in the market.

The Opportunity

As Vice President, you will take a senior leadership role in delivering complex transactions across energy transition, renewables, utilities, transport, digital infrastructure and broader real assets. You will oversee execution, manage junior teams, and build deep client relationships while contributing to pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and documentation.
• Act as the primary day-to-day deal lead, coordinating with clients, internal teams, legal advisers, technical consultants and other stakeholders to drive transactions to completion.
• Manage and develop a team of Analysts and Associates, providing direction, feedback and professional development to ensure high-quality output and strong execution capability.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity funds, infrastructure investors and government entities, ensuring deep understanding of their strategic objectives.
• Support origination and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, leading pitch development and presenting tailored solutions to senior client stakeholders.
• Provide clients with real-time market insights, transaction structuring guidance and strategic recommendations.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, events and networking forums to strengthen market presence and drive new commercial opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, policy changes and capital market developments across infrastructure and energy transition sectors.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in executing complex infrastructure, energy or renewables transactions, ideally within a bulge bracket, global investment bank or specialist advisory platform.
• 6–10+ years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure finance or financial advisory.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities, with the ability to oversee and refine work performed by junior bankers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, mentor juniors and drive a high-performance culture.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging senior executives, investors and external advisers.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related field. MBA or CFA highly regarded.
