About the role
TRA are entering a period of growth with a large pipeline of shutdown and project work throughout Western Australian in the Pilbara and South West regions. We are currently seeking Rope Access Shutdown Supervisors to join our current site leadership teams supporting our growth into the future.
Are you an experienced Rope Access Shutdown Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? Tasman Rope Access Pty Ltd (TRA), an Australian-owned leader in rope access services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Rope Access Supervisor to join in our shutdown space.

What We Need From You:
3-5 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically with shutdowns and large-scale maintenance projects
S26 Module & Exam
Current IRATA Certification
Nationally accredited Working at Heights and Confined Space (within 3 years)
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screening
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, coordinating resources and timelines
Lead, motivate, and ensure the safety of the team on-site
Ensure clear communication and regular updates for all stakeholders
Troubleshoot problems and ensure all work meets industry standards and company policies
Oversee resource management, time management, and documentation
