Part-Time Administration & Rostering Assistant

Are you an organised and people-focused administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team environment?

We are looking for a Part-Time Administration & Rostering Assistant (4 days) to join Embracia Reservoir — a 105-bed aged care home offering residential aged care, respite care, and specialised dementia care.

This is an important role within our home where you will support day-to-day administration and workforce rostering while creating a welcoming experience for residents, families, staff, and visitors. You will work alongside a supportive leadership team in a warm environment that truly feels like home.

✔ Minimum 2 years of administration and rostering experience
✔ Strong organisational and time management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Confidence communicating with staff, residents, families, and stakeholders
✔ High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
✔ Ability to maintain records, documentation, and compliance processes
✔ Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
✔ Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities

• Assist in maintaining staff rosters across all departments

• Assist in filling roster gaps due to leave, illness, and unplanned absences

• Answering calls, responding to emails, and assisting visitors professionally

• Assist in processing invoices, filing documents, and completing data entry tasks

• Assist in coordinating recruitment processes, interviews, and reference checks

• Assist in managing resident admissions, discharges, and related documentation

• Supporting management with daily operational and administrative tasks
