We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Inspections Officer to join our experienced and supportive team.

About the Role

As our dedicated Inspections Officer, you will play an important role in supporting our Property Management team and ensuring our landlords and tenants receive exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine property inspections

• Preparing detailed inspection reports using inspection software

• Taking clear and accurate property photographs and videos

• Identifying maintenance items and reporting findings to the Property Management team

• Scheduling routine inspections and coordinating appointments

• Conducting Property Condition Reports (PCRs), including detailed written reports and photography (adhoc when required)

• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional manner

• Collecting and returning keys as required

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures

About You

• Outstanding time management and organisational skills

• Confidence working independently and as part of a team

• A friendly, professional and approachable manner

• Initiative and the ability to think outside the box

• Basic to intermediate computer and smartphone skills

• A current Driver's Licence

• Previous real estate or property management experience (preferred but not essential)

• Property Management Registration (preferred)
