Quality Control (QC) forms part of Financial Crime & Fraud Operations (FCFO) and is responsible for conducting quality reviews across the AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud, and scam operations environment.
A critical line of defence, the function protects the Bank and our customers from regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. We support consistent, high-quality, and defensible operational outcomes by reviewing processes to ensure compliance with established frameworks and standard operating processes, while driving continuous process improvement and operational alignment through strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
