Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of your own residential portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong compliance and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Managing your own residential property portfolio from end to end

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Conducting and coordinating routine, entry and exit inspections

Managing maintenance requests efficiently and proactively

Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears management and compliance requirements

Responding to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance

Working collaboratively with our administration and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for a motivated professional ready to step confidently into, or further develop within, a Property Management position.

We’re seeking someone who is:

A proactive self starter with strong initiative

Highly organised and calm under pressure

An excellent communicator with a professional and friendly manner

Detail oriented with strong time management skills

Experienced in property management (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)

Requirements

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Current Real Estate Licence
