Policy and Project Reporting Coordinator
Location: Hawthorn East, Hybrid or Remote
Employment Type: Permanent | 0.6 FTE to Full-Time
Reports to: CEO & Provost, Office of the Chief Executive
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Policy and Project Reporting Coordinator to support strategic initiatives, governance processes, and organisational effectiveness across The Cairnmillar Institute.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to coordinate policy development, monitor strategic and operational projects, support quality improvement activities, and deliver high-quality reporting that informs decision-making and organisational performance.

ABOUT THE CAIRNMILLAR INSTITUTE
The Cairnmillar Institute is a not-for-profit provider of psychological services and higher education, with a 65-year history of supporting mental health and training the next generation of practitioners. We offer clinics, short courses, vocational training and accredited postgraduate programs in psychology, counselling and psychotherapy.
