About the role:

Are you an experienced beauty Retail Manager who wants more than business as usual? This is your opportunity to lead a high-performing team and shape a bold new beauty concept from the ground up.

Our Retail Managers are the true stars of our brand! They're customer service pros who know how to make people feel welcome, inspired, and ready to glow. Every day, you'll motivate your team to create one-of-a-kind experiences for our customers, making them feel amazing. With your love for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you'll lead from the front, giving your team all the tools they need through fun training, mentoring, and feedback to help them succeed. You'll guide them in using their knowledge and skills to help our customers glow, inside and out!

What we're looking for:

• An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader, with at least 5 years of similar experience
• Someone with exceptional retail experience, particularly in beauty (who loves leading teams that enjoy providing great customer service) and in a large, faced paced retail environment
• A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
• Great communication skills (so you can form genuine connections with customers and our team members)
• Commercially minded and proven experience in meeting budget requirements
• Sales and metric focussed
• Experience with rostering & working within EBA & GRIA frameworks
