Bookkeeper

PAR Traffic Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Malaga. This position is well suited to a reliable professional with strong MYOB & Xero expertise, who is looking for a stable, long-term role within a supportive and well-established organisation.
Availability on Wednesday is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

·        Accurately record, verify, and calculate employee hours for payroll purposes

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date timesheets and daily operational records

·        Manage and maintain MYOB & Xero accounting systems and records

·        Provide administrative support relating to scheduling and operational documentation

·        Liaise with supervisors and field staff to ensure accurate and timely information flow

Skills and Experience

·        Demonstrated experience working within an organisation with high seven- to low eight-figure annual turnover and a workforce of 100+ employees

·        Extensive practical experience using MYOB & Xero

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

·        Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills

·        Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
