About The Role

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable processProcess supplier invoices accurately and in a timely mannerPrepare and process vendor paymentsInvestigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queriesReconcile supplier statements and follow up outstanding itemsMaintain vendor master data, including validation of vendor information and bank detail changesSupport month-end close activities and complete assigned tasks in line with reporting deadlinesApply company policies, internal controls and delegated authorities across invoice and payment processingLiaise with internal stakeholders regarding purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier managementProvide backup support to accounts receivable and financial accountant during peak periods and leave coverage

About You

An accounting qualification or relevant finance-related qualificationMinimum 3-5 years of experience within an Accounts Payable or broader finance functionStrong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principlesExperience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyExperience in taking ownership of the entire accounts payable function
