How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

As our new Senior Design Integrator, you’ll be a vital part of the Integrated Design team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works with a focus on people, movement and place and underpinned by a strong focus on sustainability. Your role will include:

• Design leadership and coordination on major projects

• Application of your design knowledge and skill sets in areas such as Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Strategic planning to a wide variety of project types

• Coordinating project inputs across multi-disciplinary teams

• Assistance with bid preparation and coordination

• Contribute to a growing design-led culture in project and bid teams

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

As well as experience in as senior design role, we specifically require:

• Design degree in one or more of these areas:  Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Strategic planning across a wide variety of project types

• Demonstrated experience in project management / design management

• Experience in transport infrastructure planning and design

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams in both bid phase and delivery phase.

• Understanding and/or experience in delivering on precinct scale sustainability initiatives
