Cable Jointer – RTO Trainer & Assessor

EnerSafe is looking for experienced Cable Jointers who are interested in sharing their industry knowledge and experience through training and assessment.

EnerSafe is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 91293) delivering specialised training across the electrical supply industry.

We are looking to connect with experienced Cable Jointers who are either currently delivering training and assessment or are interested in using their industry experience to move into training.

As a Trainer and Assessor with EnerSafe, you will use your practical cable jointing experience to support the delivery and assessment of industry training.

Depending on your experience and qualifications, opportunities may include:

• Delivering practical and theory-based training

• Conducting competency-based assessments

• Supporting learners to develop and demonstrate industry skills

• Sharing current industry knowledge, practices and experience

• Maintaining training and assessment records in line with RTO requirements

We'd like to hear from you if you have:

• Current or recent industry experience as a Cable Jointer

• Strong technical knowledge and practical experience within the electrical supply industry

• A genuine interest in training, mentoring and developing others

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A strong commitment to safety and quality

Previous training and assessment experience is highly regarded; however, you do not necessarily need to be an experienced trainer to express your interest. If you are an experienced Cable Jointer interested in moving into training and assessment, we'd still like to hear from you.
