We're looking for a Leasing Consultant & Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Beach House. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career by gaining hands-on experience across both leasing and property management within a premium Build-to-Rent community.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in supporting the resident journey, from welcoming prospective residents through the leasing process to assisting with the day-to-day management of the community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing leasing enquiries and conducting apartment inspections.

• Converting enquiries into signed leases and coordinating resident move-ins.

• Assisting with routine inspections, maintenance coordination and tenancy administration.

• Supporting resident enquiries, lease renewals and day-to-day property management.

• Maintaining accurate records across leasing and property management systems.

• Working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional resident experience.

About You

You'll be customer-focused, organised and eager to develop a career in Build-to-Rent.

You'll bring:

• An Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, leasing, real estate or property.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn both leasing and property management.
