CHEFS- Chef de Partie/Cook/Kitchen Hand/Pastry CDP

Established in 2005, Zushi has been serving modern Japanese cuisine in Sydney for over 20 years. We are looking for talented Cooks, Chef de Parties (or experienced Commis Chefs), Pastry CDPs and Kitchen Hands to join our Barangaroo and Surry Hills kitchens from August/September 2026 on a casual or part-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing mise en place

• Executing recipes to a consistently high standard

• Maintaining HACCP and WHS standards

• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team

• Developing your knowledge of Japanese ingredients, techniques and culture

• Bringing a strong work ethic, positive attitude and passion for hospitality every day
