ROLE OVERVIEW:
Due to continued expansion and an increase in vehicle sales, Reef City Motors is looking for customer-focused, enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

Whether you are an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant or looking to start your career in automotive sales, this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and supportive dealership. As a Sales Consultant, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building lasting relationships and helping customers find the vehicle that’s right for the

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their automotive needs, lifestyle and budget.

• Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm.

• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Provide personalised product recommendations and assist customers throughout the buying journey.

• Negotiate and close vehicle sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and after delivery.

• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow dealership sales processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for cars and enthusiasm to develop your automotive product knowledge.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Confident, friendly and professional approach to customer service.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and results-driven.

• A positive attitude and genuine desire to succeed.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Up-to-date computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

• A current and valid driver's licence.

• Previous automotive sales experience is advantageous; however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
