About the role

Based in Sydney, the National Account Manager - Global Travel ANZ, leads the growth of Treasury Wine Estates' Global Travel channel, partnering with some of Australia's most recognised travel, aviation and cruise operators. This is a high-impact commercial role where you'll drive customer strategy, deliver sustainable growth and enhance the visibility of our world-class luxury wine portfolio across the travel ecosystem.

• Manage and grow strategic partnerships across airlines, cruise lines and travel retail.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to drive sales, distribution and growth.
• Own customer plans, forecasts and commercial performance across ANZ.  
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand visibility and market share.  
• Manage key negotiations and influence stakeholder outcomes at all levels.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform business strategy.  
• Lead and support retail activation and training programs across the channel.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance and supply teams to deliver results.

Who we’re looking for  

We're seeking a commercially minded relationship builder who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships. You'll bring:

• Proven success managing national or key accounts within FMCG, beverage, luxury or related industries.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering sales and growth targets.
• Confident developing and executing customer and territory growth strategies.  
• Highly organised, with strong forecasting, planning and pipeline management skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Brings a growth mindset, accountability and a willingness to learn.
• Experience in on-premise, travel, hospitality or luxury customer channels will be highly regarded.
