Austrack Campers is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and Manage our Lansvale facility.

About the Role

Reporting to senior management, you'll be responsible for leading our Lansvale showroom while driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will:

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team

• Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly targets

• Mentor and motivate your team to maximise performance

• Build lasting relationships with customers

• Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional purchasing journey

• Assist with stock presentation and showroom standards

• Work closely with handover and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Represent Austrack at caravan and camping shows if required

About You

You'll be someone who:

• Has previous sales management experience

• Has experience within the caravan, camping, automotive or outdoor leisure industry

• Is passionate about camping, touring and adventure

• Is a natural positive leader who enjoys developing people, skills and systems

• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Is highly organised and self-motivated

• Can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service and professionalism

• Holds a current driver's licence

Hours

• Full-time salaried position + Penalty rates for Sundays.

• Monday to Sunday roster (flexible with a weekday off)
