🔧 What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll help keep the site safe, functional and running smoothly through:General repairs & preventative maintenance across fixtures, fittings, building services and equipmentWaste management and internal/external clean-upsContractor engagement & supervision, ensuring compliance with SWMS, permits and site safety2IC duties including toolbox talks, safety walks, stock takes, equipment audits and supporting the cleaning teamResponding to client requests, logging work orders and maintaining accurate documentationIdentifying faults, reporting issues and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
🛠️ What You BringExperience in maintenance, grounds maintenance or handyman workAbility to work unsupervised, prioritise tasks and meet short deadlinesStrong commitment to safe work practices, hazard identification, JSA/SWMSGood communication skills and the ability to build positive relationshipsConfidence in identifying maintenance needs and sourcing materialsCurrent Class C Driver’s Licence
Bonus skills: Trade qualification, forklift licence, WHS certification, manual handling
