Field Marketing Representative

A Leading Australian Telehealth Provider | Field based | Part Time or Full Time

About the Role

We're an Australian telehealth platform connecting patients with AHPRA registered doctors and allied health professionals for consultations, prescriptions, medical certificates, referrals and mental health support. We're looking for energetic, self motivated Field Marketing Representatives to visit approved local businesses, build relationships and get our branding placed in store, driving awareness and bookings for our telehealth services. There is not a remote position.

What You'll Do

• Visit approved businesses in your territory to introduce our services and secure sign up
• Get our branding (signage, POS materials) displayed in store
• Build long term relationships with business owners and staff
• Log every visit, outcome and sign up accurately in our CRM
• Plan efficient daily routes to hit visit targets
• Follow up with businesses that don't convert on the first visit
• Report back on local trends, objections and competitor activity

Targets

• Part time (20 hrs/week): 15 to 20 business visits, 10+ sign ups per week
• Full time (38 hrs/week): 30 to 35 business visits, 20+ sign ups per week

What We're Looking For

• Confident, natural communicator who can build rapport fast
• Comfortable with in person cold outreach and handling rejection
• Sales or door to door/field marketing experience preferred
• Physically able to travel, walk and stand for extended periods
• Self motivated; you'll be working autonomously in the field
• Strong attention to detail for CRM/lead logging

Key Skills

• Active listening and rapport building with business owners and staff
• Persuasion and objection handling in a short, in person pitch
• Confidence with cold outreach and door to door engagement
• Closing ability; securing signed agreements on the spot
• Negotiation on branding placement (shelf, window, counter)
• Brand ambassadorship and accurate representation of our services
• Awareness of AHPRA and health advertising compliance
• CRM and lead logging accuracy
• Territory and route planning to hit daily visit targets
• Follow up discipline for businesses that don't convert immediately
• Resilience and adaptability across high volumes of rejection and varied personalities
• Physical stamina for extended walking, driving/riding and standing

Must Haves

• Australian Tax File Number (TFN)

Pay & Bonus

• Rate: $28.00 to $35.00/hour, plus 11.5% Super
• Weekly visit target and sign up minimum must be met to unlock bonus eligibility for that week
• Bonuses: Approved business once branding has been installed and verified in place for 30 days
