Lawley's Transport is one of the largest contractors to the Assisted School Transport Program. We provide safe and comfortable transport for students with special needs to and from school in the Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Maitland areas. . 

About the role

Are you looking for a casual job in community services?

This role is for people who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities, and want to help families with transporting their children to and from school. 

ATSOs are required to assist students in our vehicles on their way to and from school. Driving is not required. Your job is to sit with the students and make sure the journey is comfortable, happy and safe.

Skills and experience

Our Assisted Travel Support Officers must be friendly and polite, good communicators, reliable and flexible.

• ATSOs must have a working with children check.

The role requires communicating daily with students, parents and teachers.
