At Stroud Homes Dubbo, we're passionate about quality homes and outstanding client care. We're looking for an organised, people-first professional to guide clients from contract through key construction milestones.

So this isn't just admin. You'll help clients make confident design choices, keep builds moving, and make what can be a stressful process feel exciting and well managed.

In the role, you'll welcome new clients post-contract, coordinate and guide colour and selection appointments, help clients make timely confident decisions, enter selections accurately into our systems, work closely with our construction manager to ensure nothing is missed, follow up outstanding items so builds stay on schedule, check in with clients at milestones, frame, lock up, pre-handover, and deliver a warm, organised, professional experience.

About you, you love people, you communicate clearly, you're naturally organised, you have a good eye for colour and style, comfortable on computers, calm under pressure, and able to juggle multiple clients.

Experience in customer service, design, real estate, or construction is a bonus, but attitude matters most. You'll join a respected local builder, supportive team, ongoing training, variety in your day, genuine impact on client happiness, and a clear pathway to grow with the business.

Success here means clients saying, "That was easy," and construction receiving complete, accurate selections on time.

Essential: You must live locally within the Dubbo area and hold a current drivers licence, as this is NOT a work from home position. If required, you must be willing to undergo a criminal record check.

Hours: 30 hrs per week, Permanent Part-time

Rate of pay: Above the minimum award, which will be based on your age and experience.
