Internal Sales/All-Rounder – Customer-Focused Role

We’re looking for an Internal Sales / All-Rounder to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers.

Your goal: making sure every customer walks away satisfied and with the correct product for their needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Entering and processing customer orders and quotes
• Communicating with suppliers to coordinate stock and deliveries
• Handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails
• Serving customers over the counter in person
• Liaising with internal and external sales staff as needed
• Collaborating with our warehouse team — and helping out in the warehouse when required

• A friendly, approachable manner and excellent communication skills
• A strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and switch between sales, admin, and warehouse duties
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
