Building Services BIM Modeler

What you'll be working on

You'll split your time across a portfolio of large scale data centre developments and Melbourne's Suburban Rail Loop, one of the biggest public transport builds in the country's history, connecting every major line from Frankston to Werribee. You'll also get exposure to Over Station Developments, where entire commercial, retail and residential precincts are being built directly above the new rail infrastructure.

This is behind the name you'll see on tunnels, stations and data halls being built across the country right now.

Day to day

You'll be heavily in Revit, modelling building services systems and coordinating across disciplines. You'll resolve clashes and pull complex, multi service designs together before they ever leave the office. You'll be working alongside engineers who've actually built the things you're modelling, not just talked about them.

What you'll need

• Strong Revit skills, non negotiable
• A background in MEP building services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or fire)
• Solid experience coordinating across disciplines and resolving clashes

• 18 month contract
• $65 to $85 per hour depending on experience
• 3 days a week in the Melbourne CBD office
